Teresa was a fantastic teacher. I really enjoyed the course and myself and my baby got so much from it. Teresa was very relaxed and it was excellent to learn techniques that helped me bond better with my baby in a relaxed environment.

Thank you very much for a lovely five weeks. I would recommend these sessions to any new mum and baby. Water and snacks was a great touch. My baby is definitely more relaxed and it was a great bonding experience. Teresa is incredibly calm and softly spoken which put me and my baby at ease. Totally baby led but nice to have adult conversations during the break.

Relaxing sessions. Teresa is friendly & helpful. I feel more confident handling my baby. My baby seems to pass wind/stool easier. Open and calm atmosphere.

Friendly & relaxing. Enjoyed starting the class with relaxation. Clear and good handouts. My baby now passes wind easily. I now get lots of eye contact and smiles. Thank you visiting me at home when I could not attend a class.
